In 2013 Dion, Ozzie and Simon became the new owners of Adelphi hotel and started significant renovations with the support of the architect and design studio Hachem.
Contemporary and design details now characterized Adelphi hotel and all spaces have a distinctive style and fragrance, starting from the lobby with swinging couches, colourful armchairs, candles, artworks and bright textiles. 34 rooms and suites (Comfy king, Comfy twin, Plush king, Flinders king, Palatial suite) are available, all decorated bright colours, elegant furniture, picture books, pop art and American art deco objects and modern amenities. The Palatial suite is the largest and most luxurious suite of the hotel, has a master bedroom, separated lounge area and a large bathroom with murals.
The hotel restaurant, Om Nom Kitchen & Dessert Bar is an intimate and stylish location where guests and locals can enjoy meals, cocktails, wines and the dessert creations of the Head Chef Christy Tania and Pierrick Boyer. The outdoor Deck on the top of the building has a glass pool with a great view of the city and is perfect after an intense day discovering Melbourne or as a space for events and meetings.
