On the top two floors of an industrial building in the Glockenbach quarter, one of the most vibrant parts of the city of Munich, Germany, The Flushing Meadows Hotel is a modern alternative space for guests from all over the world.
The initiators of this design hotel, the architects Sascha Arnold & Steffen Werner and the graphic design Niels Jäger have realized other exclusive projects focused on creating unique and trendy meeting places in Munich.
The Flushing Meadows Hotel offers 11 individual loft studios on the third floor, each with minimalistic furniture and design pieces, created in close collaboration with international personalities from various sectors including music, cinema, design, gastronomy, sports and art. The top floor the hotel offers 5 variously sized penthouse studios, some with private terraces and each with oversized windows and an amazing view of the Alps, all rooms have unique light decorations, fabric-panelled walls and illustrations and paintings by the artist Maximilian Rödel.
Located on the building’s top floor, the Flushing Meadows Bar is a great place to hang out, enjoy the panoramic view from the terrace or have something to drink or eat. The Flushing Meadows Hotel is close to the river Isar, ideal for jogging and bike riding and in the Glockenbach quarter guests can find different boutiques, bars and restaurants.
